Rental period: Total rent days is 4 days (96 hours) from collection up to return. Here’s our recommended rental schedule:

• Day 1: Fitting and pick-up
• Day 2: Last minute changes allowance
• Day 3: Event date
• Day 4: Return

Refundable deposit: AED 100 must be paid upon confirmation of rental. This fee is refundable upon return of item, in the condition that the item is returned on-time and without damage or stains. 

Pick-up, delivery and return fees: No fees applicable when customer opts to personally pick-up and deliver the item/s. Return/Delivery fee is AED 20. 

Non-Return or Late Return: Failure to return the item by the agreed date will result in a penalty of AED 25 per day deducted from the incidental fee.

Cleaning of items: All items rented are clean and ready to wear. Customers do not need to wash / clean / iron the rented item due to its delicate properties. Upon return of items, TERNO will be in-charge of the cleaning after careful inspection of returned items. Report of damage or unremovable stains will be charged to customer accordingly and may result in the forfeiture of incidental fee refund.
